Bill W. Holcomb

Founder & CEO

Bill was a collegiate wrestler and attributes his perseverance and “never give up” attitude to years spent on the mat perfecting his wrestling skills. This has become a life habit for Bill. Bill began his automotive career with Chrysler Credit holding numerous positions and gaining incalculable knowledge and experience. Bill’s understanding of dealership operations and financial strategies from both a dealer and OEM perspective is unique.

 

Bill recognized an opportunity to help dealers with their operations thru Finance & Insurance and formed Holcomb & Associates. Bill and Holcomb and Associates utilize his knowledge of OEM’s, dealership experience and insurance product availability to deliver the best products available along with over 40 years of “real world dealership experience”.

With twenty-five years of Agency experience Bill and Holcomb & Associates have stood the test of time and have learned the most advantageous programs to deliver quality products, quality service and superior wealth management. Along the way, Holcomb & Associates created CARE SELLING; a proprietary process designed to deliver superior results simply by training and teaching care, empathy and understanding.

 

Bill’s winning philosophy has helped provide additional wealth to numerous dealers, but his real satisfaction has come from the hundreds of lives impacted thru mentoring dealership personnel and knowing “We’ve helped changed not only their lives but their entire families”.

Dean Talley

Vice President

Dean Talley is a dynamic leader in the automotive industry who has taken the Sales & F&I process to the next level with his unique and powerful skillset. As Vice President of Holcomb & Associates, Dean has made remarkable contributions to numerous dealerships, including driving positive change, operationalizing our Care-Selling vision, and boosting dealers' financial growth through various participation options, Care-

Selling Sales & F&I Training, training and mentoring.  

 

Dean breaks down industry barriers to provide tailored strategies that increase growth opportunities for dealers. Dean's ability in variable and fixed operations along with participation structures enables him to offer unparalleled guidance to dealers in maximizing their wealth-building opportunities. Dean leads long-term projects that expand our organization's ability to respond to our client's needs. With extensive insurance-related experience and ability in participation structure development, Dean guides dealers to enhance and expand their participation program(s). His leadership has helped diversify the business into a family of entities that work together to serve the needs of auto dealers and consumers with products and services ranging from vehicle and financial protections to legal compliance and much more.

 

Dean has successfully made it his mission to shape the automotive industry one dealer/employee at a time, with direct conversation and customized guidance to increase growth opportunities daily. Dean prioritizes the effort to break through the barrier of information that has grown stale in the industry, providing dealers with a clear and up-to date understanding of how they can control their own wealth while remaining compliant. 

 

Dean lives in Niceville, FL and enjoys spending time with his family and chasing his grandkids. Dean also serves on the board of the Homeless and Health Alliance for Okaloosa County.

Justin Holcomb

President

Justin Holcomb began his automotive career inside the walls of a dealership working as a salesperson. Justin credits the time he spent in automotive sales with giving him the understanding of “I need it now”. Justin has used “I Need it Now” to develop our company thought process of “We will deliver it now”.

 

Justin works with insurers and administrators daily and is recognized as an expert in the field of Finance and Insurance Administration. Justin is asked by administrators to Beta Test initiatives and processes and provide his insight on how to make them better for our clients. The world of F&I is the doorway into out of the dealership from both a data and a profitability standpoint and Justin knows and understands both. Knowing and understanding how the administration and the connectivity work hand and hand is crucial to providing dealers with superior service.

 

While many companies and organizations have struggled since

the pandemic to ensure their processes, products and services

continue to meet client expectations; Holcomb & Associates

continues to deliver superior results. Justin drives both

administrators and our employees to deliver these results and is

relentless in ensuring “We will Deliver”!
